Our Wagyu Cattle roam freely on pasture at the foot of the Three Sisters just outside of Bend. Wagyu beef is marbled like no other and melts in your mouth. This free-range lifestyle combined with our unique finish sourced from local whiskey distilleries gives Pioneer Ranch Beef an unparalleled, complex, and incredibly rich flavor. This is farm-to-fork at its finest and most luxurious.
For the fullest experience, consider our bespoke bulk order service. We offer both quarter beef and half beef cut to order. Each order comes with personal, private service delivered by the owner, Evan Moran.
