Where are you located?
We are located in Tumalo, Oregon, just outside of Bend.
What products do you use from local breweries and distilleries?
The brewers’ spent grain and yeasts provide a healthy, well rounded diet that results in great flavor. The distiller’s spent grains provide the sugar backbone which creates greater marbling and tenderness in our meat.
Is the cost I pay online final?
Yes. The only difference will be whether there is shipping or not from our online meat shop located in the Bend, OR area. You can also choose to pick up your order at our store in Tumalo free of charge.
How do you ship the meat?
Our online meat shop in Bend uses insulated boxes along with dry ice to ship the meats, so the products stay frozen until delivery.
